Others stated they didnt have helpful staff, the staff was wonderful. Everyone i came in comtact with was super helpful. The hotel is a little on the okder side, however my room was peefect for me. The only downside to my room was the shower was waaaaaay too small. Not sure if they are bigger in other bathrooms, but I felt like I could barely move in around in there. But other than that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again. Its perfectly located right in between everything.

All staff gets a 5, location gets a 5, friendliness gets a 5. I came here for my kids birthdays and with my parents. I’m very big on CLEANLINESS. Right away seeing the carpet stairs I knew it wouldn’t go well from there but I had hope. I didn’t say anything to the staff since it’s not something they could fix on my stay. But I will mention before I check out. The carpet all across the building and room was DIRTY, DIRTY DIRTY. It needs a major carpet wash or replacement. My kids and parents constantly had to wipe their feet while being in the room walking around or wear sandals. Not dirty but DIRTY. The subfloor seems to creak a lot in the hallways and stairs. I travel a lot so I pick up things like these not to complain but for them to improve for future guests. Everything else in the room is very clean and well remodeled. From the room to the bathroom it’s very well clean. We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Very convenient to the shops, beach and restaurants, bars. Just please wash or replace all the carpet. If I had the chance I would do it. Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay in.

Terrible ONE night stay stay due to the toilet not working all night. I woke up at 10 after broken sleep all night due to the noise from the toilet of the water running and went to report to the receptionist. I then requested a late check out to be able to use the restroom after its fixed. She allowed an extra half hour (1130). The toilet took 20 mins to get fixed. After which using ONE time, it was broken again. I had to use the hallway bathroom and left before 1130. There was no courtesy received from the receptionist or the hotel. Terrible stay on the night of my birthday. Also, saw a roach in the bathroom.

Additionally, the absence of basic amenities like tissue papers in the room was surprising and inconvenient. Accessibility Issues: One major inconvenience was the absence of a lift in the hotel, which made it challenging to reach our room on the 3rd floor, especially with luggage. This lack of accessibility should be considered by those with mobility issues or heavy baggage. Response to Requests: On a particular occasion, when I went to the reception to request tissue papers, I was informed that they did not have any available. This lack of basic supplies and the hotel's inability to fulfill such a simple request was disappointing. Overall, while there were some issues during my stay, I believe there's potential for improvement. I hope this feedback helps the hotel management make necessary adjus**ents to enhance the guest experience. It's important to note that my review is based on my personal experience, and others may have a different perspective.

The room was on the fourth floor with no elevator. No info on website about no elevator. Girlfriend had knee surgery six weeks ago and issue was a concern. Hotel is showing its age. Old and dirty carpeting throughout hallways and room. Will not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is close to many bars and restaurants. Although my bed was comfortable the sheets looked like they weren't washed because they had stains all over them. The water pressure in the bathroom shower is a joke and i had to run the sink to get hot water because it was taking forever to get hot water take a shower. Online says complimentary breakfast. I was told new owner nixed that. The room it's self was clean.
